Arcane Tumbling path

25-26 FallWinter Class Schedule.png

At Arcane Athletics, tumbling isn’t just about flipping—it’s about building strong, confident athletes from the ground up.

Our “perfection before progression” approach means athletes advance with solid technique and real control. Each class blends strength, conditioning, and skill work to boost power, prevent injury, and keep progress on track.

With our graduation system and skill tracking tools, athletes get to see their growth and celebrate every milestone along the way. Let’s level up—one skill at a time!

1.  foundations & form
(formerly tiny tumblers)

The starting point for all athletes—this level focuses on shaping technique, coordination, and confidence through skills like cartwheels, handstands, backward rolls, and bridges. Through play and simple drills, children develop coordination, balance, and body awareness while learning rolls, handstands, and bridges. This class builds confidence and fosters a love for tumbling in a safe, supportive environment.
Ages 3-8 years old

2.  walkovers & Transitions

Athletes learn fluid motion and body control by mastering back-bend kick-overs, front and back walkovers, and round-offs, while starting to build the strength and flexibility needed for more advanced skills.

3.  handsprings & power

Where strength and momentum meet—athletes develop standing and running back handsprings, begin connecting skills in sequence, and build explosive power and speed. Stamina circuits are introduced to improve endurance and overall athletic performance.

4.  flips & flight

Advanced tumbling takes off as athletes train tucks, layouts, fulls, and elite combination passes, with an emphasis on aerial control, strength, and precision. Classes include advanced drills and tumble track use. Continuing targeted strength and stamina work to support advanced skill execution and reduce injury risk.

5.  flyers & flex

Designed for current and aspiring flyers, this class focuses on developing the strength, flexibility, and body control needed for flying roles in stunting. Athletes will work through targeted drills to improve body position accuracy, balance, and timing—key components for safe and successful stunt execution. Whether you're a seasoned flyer or just getting started, all athletes are welcome—no prior flying experience required.
